- Standard packing starts with stripping the product of
its casing.
- Soppressata average approximately 10 oz. and Sausage
6 oz.
- Products are individually wrapped.
- Bags are vacuum sealed.
- Bags are heat treated for additional shrinkage and added
strength.
- Heat treating protective wrapping enhances visual appearance.
- Product is checked for package integrity.
- Packed in this way, product has a one year shelf life.
- Product is individually labeled.
- Standard case size is 10 Lbs. for easy inventory and
shipping.
